Traveling I-95 South (From D.C. area)

  • Take exit 79 off I-95 South (to Downtown Expressway 195 South)
  • Follow signs to 195 South Downtown Expressway (Downtown)
  • Pay $.50 toll
  • Take the exit for 7th and 9th Streets
  • Go to the first light and turn left onto 9th Street
  • Go two blocks and turn right onto Cary Street
  • Go three blocks to 12th Street and turn left
  • Note the Burgundy Awnings on the right
  • The Berkeley Hotel is on the corner of 12th and Cary
  • We are in the building behind the Berkeley Hotel on the 2nd floor

Traveling I-95 North (From North Carolina area)

  • Take exit 74A to the Downtown Expressway
  • Pay $.50 toll
  • Take the first exit onto Canal Street
  • Turn right immediately onto 10th Street
  • Turn right again onto Cary Street
  • Go two blocks to 12th Street and turn left
  • Note the Burgundy Awnings on the right
  • The Berkeley Hotel is on the corner of 12th and Cary
  • We are in the building behind the Berkeley Hotel on the 2nd floor

Traveling I-64 West (From Richmond International Airport or Virginia Beach)

  • Take exit 190 to 5th Street
  • Take 5th Street six blocks
  • Take left onto Cary Street
  • Go seven blocks ahead to 12th Street and turn left
  • Note the Burgundy Awnings on the right
  • The Berkeley Hotel is on the corner of 12th and Cary
  • We are in the building behind the Berkeley Hotel on the 2nd floor

Traveling I-64 (From Charlottesville area)

  • Follow I-64 East to 195 South
  • Follow signs for Downtown Expressway (Downtown)
  • Pay $.50 toll
  • Take expressway to the 7th and 9th Streets exit
  • Go to the first light and turn left onto 9th Street
  • Go two blocks and turn right onto Cary Street
  • Go three blocks ahead to 12th Street and turn left
