Holtzman Alumni Center

The Center is named for William B. Holtzman of Edinburg, Va. Holtzman earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in horticulture in 1959. Holtzman is president and founder of Holtzman Oil Corporation, the second largest employer in the Shenandoah Valley. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Campaign Steering Committee and on the Virginia Tech Foundation Board of Directors. In addition to his extraordinary support of the alumni and conference center, Holtzman has been a long-time supporter of university initiatives including the Corps of Cadets, the Virginia Tech Athletic Fund, and the Virginia Center for Civil War Studies. For this generous support, the alumni center is named in his honor.
