Step 1:
Get a VT ID Number and VT PID
A VT ID number is a unique identifier that replaced your social security number. You must know your ID number to obtain your VT PID.
- Alumni that graduated after 1976: Click here to get a VT ID number
- Alumni that graduated before 1976: Click here to get a VT ID number
Step 2:
Reset or create a new password
To reset or create a new password, you must contact 4-HELP at 540/231-4357.
